Dedicated Food Safety Professional
Sanitation Training Group is operated by Mike Riley. The company began over 15 years ago by meeting the needs of busy food service staff and their need for certification. They are flexible and accommodating, trying to be helpful to people of the food industry.
Mike Riley is a dedicated food safety professional for over 20 years. He is a food safety instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, and has been a resident manager and chef for Hyatt, Hilton, and Sheraton hotels. Mike holds a Masters degree in Hospitality Management from Roosevelt University-Chicago, and is a sought after speaker on food safety topics throughout the area.
As a food safety and sanitation instructor he is able to teach and test for the National Restaurant Association-ServSafe, National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), and the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, all which meet the requirements for the Illinois Department of Public Health Food Service Sanitation Managers Certification. As a food safety instructor he has an excellent pass rate, with more than 90% of students passing the certification exam on their first attempt.
